About your new role: As a road forwarder, you will be part of a driven team where you work with both import and export of goods by road. Your daily tasks will include price inquiries, customer care, and building tailored solutions for our clients. All of this within a set framework, but with great freedom. You will follow up on transports, ensure everything runs smoothly, and provide proactive information to your clients. You will also be part of a rotating on-call schedule outside of regular working hours, as we need to be available for customers 24/7.

We are looking for someone with an unyielding solution-oriented mindset, who wants to take responsibility for your deliveries but can also ask for support when needed. Yes, you are simply born to work in logistics. Perhaps you are the one who checks the car's weight capacity before promising to help a friend move? And “we can fix that” is your standard response to most things.

What you bring with you:

• Experience from the transport industry, preferably as a forwarder, transport manager, or similar role with customer contact.

• You are computer literate and learn new systems quickly.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• You are helpful, humble, and open to learning new ways of working.

• Education in logistics or transport is a merit.
